Sugar Addiction…We need to Detox!

I am going to re-blog the article I found this picture in, but I really think you need to take the time and look at the photo. Print it out. Put it on the fridge. Keep it with you in your pocket or on your phone. It is a scary cycle. After 30 days of NO SUGAR…I am already back to having some sugar. I can feel its effect on my body. Your struggles may stem from one source…SUGAR!
