This is the simple way of remembering Paleo: (The Foundation is Nutrition!)

I am not big on the Zone diet. I don’t want to try and keep calculating blocks and such all day. I do try to “build my plate” with enough veggies and protein. I do add a little more protein and fat on days that I workout, especially right after my workout.
